Chapter 4

Years before, Annett would never believe she would be doing something like this.

Annett looked from one feline to the other, and realized a confrontation was unavoidable. The human did the only thing she could: she moved towards her children and pushed them inside the cave. At least, Annett feared they would fight to the death. She couldn’t do anything to stop them, she could never change their minds when their instincts got the better of them, but she could spare the children.
